Working Group #1 (RU#1): Multi-risk Analysis with Bayesian Vulnerability
- Goals: Development of the model ByMuR (Bayesian Multi-Risk), application of ByMuR for the city of Naples, software development
- Responsible: Jacopo Selva (INGV)
- Participants: Angela Di Ruocco (AMRA), Anita Grezio (INGV/AMRA), Warner Marzocchi (INGV/AMRA), Roberto Tonini (INGV)
TASKS
- the methodological definition of the ByMuR model
- Evaluation of the expected degree of damage resulting from seismic events, volcanic eruptions and tsunamis and their relative uncertainties, and the analysis and comparison among the different natural risks at medium and long term, due to earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, and tsunami for the city of Naples
ACTIVITY
The first phase of the activity is focused on the definition of the target areas, retreivment of vulnerability data and development of a general Bayesian Vulnerability Model through Bayesian Fragility Curves.
